Questions
Which tickets does it track?
Parking and camera tickets issued in New York City's five boroughs (including weigh-in-motion overweight tickets), NYC idling tickets, and NYPD tows. New York City only: tickets from other cities won't show.
How fast are the alerts?
You get an alert once the city posts the tow or ticket. Tows can take a few hours to post, and tickets can take 1–3 weeks after they're written.
Can I lower what we pay in fines?
NYC's Stipulated Fine and Commercial Abatement Programs let delivery and service companies pay parking tickets at reduced fines in exchange for giving up hearings. The app has a free helper that fills in the city's application with your plates.
Who can see our vehicles?
Only people who log in to your company's account.
